Daintree Developments were asked by First Wessex to build a dwelling with disabled adaptation in Netley.
Works on the building started in early October of 2014
The project consisted of the construction of a new three bedroom bungalow on land at the rear of existing houses in Hunt Avenue Netley.
The site was formed from garden areas of two existing bungalows owned by the same client who were undertaking the development.
Daintree are pleased to handover this 3 bedroom, 4 person Bungalow in April 2015, 3 weeks ahead of programme to First Wessex. We are very proud to have achieved a build score of 38 points from Considerate Contractors.
